Here we serve only local products and if possible from our garden, including our homemade bread, wines and extra virgin olive oil.
Our restaurant is the perfect place for a special dinner. Open every evening by reservation, except on Mondays, it offers a unique culinary experience crafted by our chef and sommelier, Giorgio. The menu features à la carte Tuscan dishes with daily variations and creative reinterpretations of national recipes. The olive oil, bread, and wines are all produced on-site, while the fresh ingredients come from our garden and the surrounding area, ensuring authentic and genuine flavors. For lunch, the restaurant is open exclusively for groups by reservation, providing a personalized and exclusive dining experience. Kindly note we cannot grant restaurant service if we do not reach a minimum of requests.

Pizza
When is possible we organize an evening dedicated to pizza that we prepare using only local flours, expertly blended by the chef, and exclusively Tuscan products, starting from tomatoes and mozzarella. The dough is subject to a natural, slow maturation process, which, depending on the season, can last up to 5 days. The pizza is cooked on sight in the century-old wood-burning oven and the result is a fragrant product, with great aromas and digestibility.
